How to cancel a booking

You can cancel your booking only through MiniCabRide.com that too within the cancellation cut off time mentioned in the booking confirmation email. Either use the ‘My Bookings’ option while logged in to cancel or go to the ‘Contact Us’ page for the same purpose.

How to cancel a booking

Select ‘Manage my Booking’ below the trip details

Go to ‘Cancel your Booking’

  1. Submit the reason
  2. Provide the email address
  3. Provide the booking reference
  4. Feel free adding any message related to the cancellation
