How to Download My Invoice ?
Admin:
Within the Business Dashboard’s ‘Invoices’ section, administrators have the ability to retrieve invoices corresponding to all reservations initiated by members of the Business Account. These invoices are sortable based on teams and can be obtained as individual downloads or collectively in a bulk format (CSV spreadsheet).
Staff Members:
Employees have the ability to retrieve invoices for their individual reservations from the ‘My Bookings’ area within their ‘My Account’ page. They can opt to obtain single invoices or choose multiple bookings, allowing them to download a consolidated invoice in CSV format for multiple selections.
