Urgent booking issue

If you are planning to head to the airport, kindly take note of the following pointers:
1. Our Booking Calculator form will indicate the estimated journey time.
2. While scheduling your pickup time, it is crucial to include any expected traffic and allocate a buffer of 2-3 hours prior to take-off for airport arrival.
3. We advise adhering to your airline’s regulations concerning the recommended check-in time.
4. It is advisable to book your Airport Transfer as far in advance as possible.
5. While making the booking, ensure that you provide us with the details of your airline company and flight numbers for both arrival and departure.

Getting picked up from the Airport?

1- We need your Details and Flight Number in booking for So That Our Team can Track your flight and inform to your driver, in case you are delayed or coming early at airport.
2- MiniCabRide offer you with a ‘Meet & Greet’ service.
3- Upon your arrival at the airport (or other designated meeting location), it is expected that your driver will be waiting for you in the Arrivals area, or another predetermined location, visibly displaying a sign bearing your name.
4- We highly suggest noting down the name and phone number of the Company, and to ensure that your mobile phone is turned on upon arrival. These particulars can be found in the confirmation email of your booking.
5- if your Flight is delay, kindly inform us an email or by placing a direct phone call to their office.
6- We advise that you schedule your pickup time no less than 30 minutes after your estimated arrival time, accounting for airport procedures such as passing through Customs and collecting your baggage.
7- if your Flight is delay, our driver will accurately adjust their arrival time and be present for pick up 30 minutes after the updated landing time. Additionally, we offer a complimentary 15-minute waiting allowance to ensure your convenience.
